About Save My Sale
Save My Sale is an independent publisher of self-help kits for people in the middle of a stressful process that affects their home or daily life. We are not a law firm, an estate agent, a mortgage broker or a government body, and we don’t act for anyone.
What we make
Save My Sale: House Sale Rescue Kit (England & Wales) is for homeowners in England and Wales whose sale or purchase is in trouble between offer accepted and completion: a price-cut demand, a survey problem, a low valuation, a buyer who pulled out, a chain that has stopped, or a professional who has gone quiet. It gives them a calculator that does the arithmetic on their own estimates, and the words to send, so they can decide and act the same day.
How the kit was researched and checked
Facts, figures, time limits and cost ranges in the kit were checked against official and consumer-body sources on 4 October 2026, and the kit’s sources page lists them all, with their dates: GOV.UK, the government’s reform roadmap, HMRC and HM Land Registry statistics, legislation.gov.uk, Citizens Advice, Which?, RICS, the Legal Ombudsman, The Property Ombudsman, the SRA and the CLC.
What we will never do
- Promise that your sale will go ahead, or predict what a buyer, seller or lender will do.
- Look like, or claim to be, an estate agent, a property portal, a law firm or a government service.
- Review individual sales, negotiate for anyone or give legal, financial or mortgage advice.
- Show fake reviews, invented numbers or pressure tactics.
