What you may and may not do with this kit.

Buying Save My Sale gives you a licence to use its files; it does not transfer the copyright.
You may
- use the kit, the calculator and the templates for your own sale or purchase;
- print the PDF and the templates for your own use;
- fill in the PDF, the calculator and the templates, and keep your filled-in copies;
- send the emails and letters you write from the templates to the people involved in your sale.
You may not
- resell the kit or any part of it;
- share it or give copies to anyone else;
- upload it to a website, file-sharing service, forum or shared drive;
- repackage it, or put any part of it into another product, course or service;
- remove or change the copyright, licence, disclaimer or other notices.
You may remove the footer lines, notes and any notices from a letter you actually send; the rule against removing notices applies to copies of the kit itself.
Information, not legal advice
Save My Sale is a self-help guide with templates and calculators. It gives general information about the process of buying and selling a home in England and Wales. It is not legal, financial, mortgage, tax or surveying advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Every buyer receives the same files. The full disclaimer is on page 28.
Public sector information
This licence covers Save My Sale’s own text, design, calculator and templates. Public sector information in the kit is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and remains available to everyone on those terms. The sources are listed on page 29.
